(And yes, I know that wonderful was in last week’s title, too, but it’s still apropos and so I’m keeping it)
A friend’s fabulous art exhibition, and the community that gathered to celebrate it, and her.
That supportive community we’ve built.
The company of another friend, much missed, back in Nepal after over a year and a half, integral to that community even when she’s not physically present.
A group of people amongst whom you feel comfortable enough to be yourself and see where it leads.
The bright sun, blue skies and snapping wind that are currently drying my laundry on the roof above me.
And conversely the sudden dark clouds, crackling thunder and unexpected afternoon and night storms we’ve had nearly every day this week.
As a result: clean air and vibrant green.

Last but not least, there was one outstandingly good sandwich that I’m still thinking about.
Altogether it’s been the best sort of week. Hope yours was, too.
